How long does it take to get set up?

Most DVS systems are fully live within 5-7 business days. After your onboarding call, our team handles everything—website design, automation setup, and integration configuration. You just provide your business info and we do the heavy lifting.

What do I need to provide to get started?

Just your business info, logo, and any photos you want on your site. We handle everything else—from website design to automation setup. If you don't have a logo or photos, we can work with that too.

Do I need technical skills to use DVS?

Not at all. DVS is designed for business owners, not tech experts. We build everything for you during onboarding. After that, the mobile app is as simple as using your regular phone—you just respond to messages and watch leads come in.

How does the 5 Conversations Guarantee work?

If your DVS system doesn't generate at least 5 new conversations in the first 30 days, we'll refund your subscription in full—and you keep the website. That's how confident we are this works. Simply reach out to support with your results to claim the guarantee.

What if I already have a website?

We can either replace it with a VelocitySite (recommended for best results) or integrate our automation tools with your existing site. During your discovery call, we'll figure out what makes the most sense for your situation.

What happens during the onboarding call?

How much does DVS cost?

Velocity Core is $297/month and includes all 6 Velocity tools, your website, hosting, and unlimited contacts. There's no setup fee. Pay annually and save 25% ($223/month). Velocity Scale (done-for-you ad management) is an optional add-on at $997/month.

Is there a long-term contract?

Zero contracts. Digital Velocity Systems is a month-to-month service. You can cancel anytime with 30 days notice. We earn your business every single month by helping you grow—not by locking you in.

How do I update my payment method?

Log in to your DVS dashboard, go to Settings → Billing, and click "Update Payment Method." You can add a new card and remove the old one. Changes take effect immediately for your next billing cycle.

What happens if I cancel?

You can export your entire contact list and lead data with one click before your subscription ends. Your domain stays yours. The website is hosted on our platform, so it would go offline—but you'll have everything you need to set up elsewhere.

Do I need to change my phone number?

No! You keep your existing business number as your main line. We provide you with a dedicated "Smart Tracking Number" that forwards calls directly to you. This allows us to track missed calls and send auto-texts without disrupting your current operations.

Why aren't my text messages being delivered?

The most common causes are: 1) The recipient has opted out or blocked the number, 2) The phone number is a landline that can't receive SMS, 3) Carrier filtering flagged the message. Check your message logs in the dashboard for specific error codes, or contact support for help.

How do I connect Facebook and Instagram messaging?

Go to Settings → Integrations → Facebook/Instagram. Click "Connect" and log in with the Facebook account that manages your business page. Grant the requested permissions and select which pages to connect. Messages will start flowing into your unified inbox immediately.

How do opt-outs and compliance work?

When someone texts STOP, they're automatically opted out and won't receive any more automated messages. This is required by law and happens automatically. You can still see their conversation history, and they can opt back in anytime by texting START.

Is there a limit on how many messages I can send?

Velocity Core includes a generous messaging allowance for normal business use. If you're doing high-volume blast campaigns, there may be additional per-message costs. We'll always let you know before any overage charges apply.

I can't log in to my account

First, try the "Forgot Password" link on the login page to reset your password. If you're still having trouble, make sure you're using the email address associated with your account. Still stuck? Contact support and we'll get you back in within minutes.

I'm not receiving notifications

Check these settings: 1) In the mobile app, go to Settings → Notifications and make sure they're enabled, 2) On your phone, check that the DVS app has permission to send notifications, 3) Check that Do Not Disturb mode isn't blocking alerts. If issues persist, try logging out and back in.

My website isn't loading properly

First, check our status page to see if there's a known issue. Try clearing your browser cache or viewing the site in an incognito window. If the problem is specific to your site, contact support with a screenshot and we'll investigate immediately.

My automation isn't triggering

Check these common causes: 1) Make sure the automation is set to "Active" (not paused), 2) Verify the trigger conditions match the lead's status, 3) Check if the lead has already gone through this automation before, 4) Look at the automation logs for specific error messages.

Calendar bookings aren't syncing

Go to Settings → Integrations → Calendar and check if the connection shows as "Active." If it shows disconnected, click "Reconnect" and re-authorize access. Make sure you're connected to the correct calendar (personal vs. work). Sync can take up to 5 minutes for new bookings to appear.
